A summer to remember at Sussex
Study stimulating modules and explore the buzzing city of Brighton in Summer 2026.
The Undergraduate Summer School teaches over two sessions. You’ll study one module per session which lasts for three weeks. You can attend one or both sessions.
A module is a credit-bearing unit of study. Each module carries 15 Sussex credits. Find out more about teaching structure, assessments and credits.

Modules you can study
We provide a diverse selection of modules across three core subject areas:
- Science, Engineering and Medicine
Study a range of complex topics, from mental health to biodiversity in our Faculty of Science, Engineering and Medicine:

Engage with some of the planet’s most urgent challenges including climate change and injustice in our Faculty of Social Sciences:
