Autumn teaching
You’ll explore the framework, regulations and principles of company law in the UK..
Topics include:
- the nature of the company
- separate legal personality and limited liability
- the company’s constitution and internal relations
- duties of the directors
- transactions between the company and outsiders.
You’ll also develop an understanding of the economic and political context in which law develops.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We鈥檙e planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
