Managing Projects and Technologies for Marketing Students (N1616)
15 credits, Level 5
Spring teaching
This module introduces project management – as a concept, a practice, a skill and a key management resource in achieving organisational strategy and implementing change in organisations.
Project management is a vital component in the toolkit of graduates, managers and leaders, and can be deployed across multiple sectors to achieve a wide range of organisational goals.
This module focuses on planning and implementing projects that impact organisations, their strategic goals and their operations through business technologies. It also equips you with knowledge about business technologies, which feature in a majority of graduate roles, along with the confidence and ability to learn new technologies as you encounter them.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We鈥檙e planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
We鈥檒l make sure to let you know of any material changes to modules at the earliest opportunity.
