Join us for a relaxed and confidential Menopause Café a safe, welcoming space to chat openly about menopause and perimenopause with supportive colleagues.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re experiencing symptoms yourself, curious to learn more, or supporting someone else.

✨ Special Guest: Sarah Johnson – Mini Reiki Sessions
Alongside the café, Sarah will be offering short Reiki sessions, combined with simple mindfulness and breathing techniques. These gentle, non-invasive practices are designed to help ease stress and anxiety, promote deep relaxation, and support overall wellbeing.
Reiki works holistically, focusing on the whole person rather than individual symptoms, helping the body move into a calm, restful state.
