On this module, you’ll focus on an area of civil law that provides a remedy for people who have been wrongfully harmed by the actions of others.

You’ll be introduced to the general principles of tort law. You’ll also explore a range of different torts in more detail.

Through these examples, you’ll gain an understanding of the key elements needed to establish specific torts.
