Through case studies and legal principles, you’ll learn how contracts are created and enforced, preparing you to navigate and address contractual issues in professional practice.

Module learning outcomes

  • Evidence an understanding of the principles and rules relating to the rights and obligations arising from a contract.
  • Develop and critically evaluate arguments in relation to the different areas of contract law addressed in the module.
  • Demonstrate the ability to critically apply the principles and rules covered in the module to hypothetical scenarios, supporting arguments with appropriate primary sources identified in the module.
  • Locate and utilise appropriate primary and secondary sources in the critical evaluation of the law.
