This module invites you to consider your leadership skills. You’ll explore traditional and contemporary models of leadership, focusing on:

  • reimagining leadership for a sustainable future
  • developing the mindset, knowledge, and skills to lead with purpose, creativity, and integrity.

You’ll observe and practice leadership through the development of a sustainability project, covering:

  • contemporary environmental, social and economic challenges
  • a real sustainability issue or concern
  • key concepts to develop an innovative solution.

You’ll receive guidance and feedback from external business partners to help shape your ideas into robust and credible proposals.

The module concludes with a live pitch event, where you’ll present your project to a panel of business leaders and industry experts. This experience will:

  • develop your leadership and employability skills
  • challenge you to engage with sustainability as proactive changemakers
  • enhance your career development.
