This module provides you with a valuable understanding of the technical needs in the finance sector.

To gain the programming skills you’ll need for future careers, you’ll:

  • learn the basics of programming
  • establish coding logics
  • create blocks of codes for specific issues.

 This module will guide you to solve sophisticated, practical problems.

Contact hours and workload

This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 30 hours of contact time and about 120 hours of independent study. The University may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
