Zoom Licensing Refresh

As part of our annual maintenance tasks, we will be refreshing Zoom licenses in preparation for the new academic year.

To manage license numbers, we will be deactivating:

  • Staff Zoom accounts that have not been logged into in the past 2 years
  • Student Zoom accounts that have not been logged into in the past 1 year

If you're unsure whether you've logged in during this period and want to keep your account active, simply log in to Zoom:
